It’s a short post this week because we didn’t really do much of anything and we LOVED it!
Last week, we got the best news ever, I am an Aunt! Alli and Chad welcomed baby Tate while were in Italy and we are over the moon for to have this new addition to the family. We cannot meet him!!

One night this week, we had Brooklyn’s Back to School Night. We love her school so much! Brooklyn’s taking Geometry, Chemistry, German II, and AP Human Geography so it’s going to have a challenging year but we are so excited that she has these opportunities and to see how it goes.
Back to School night is also a funny reminder of the small community we live in here. We saw everyone we knew at back to school night; friends and co-workers alike. It is a little strange that we all live, work, shop, and go to school in the same places but it’s nice at the same time.
Friday night, there was a Medieval Festival in Sindelfingen so we met up with some friends there. There were tons of bier and wine stalls, food, music, and performers spread out over the town and it was an awesome night!

Saturday, Brooklyn and I went into downtown Stuttgart to go Homecoming dress shopping. We found the dress pretty fast and then did a ton more shopping after that. We finished off the day with lunch at Five Guys.

We spent the whole day Sunday getting caught up on laundry, cleaning around the house, and homework. I even got a nap in.
Next week we are heading back on the road again, this time back to Garmisch for the Cows Coming Home Festival.
